Consultant Geriatrician & Founder
Dr Nur Farhan Alami
Prior to establishing Alami Clinic, Dr Nur Farhan was a Geriatrician at Raffles Hospital and Changi General Hospital. She was appointed Clinical Lecturer at NUS and was a core faculty member of the SingHealth Senior Residency Program in Geriatric Medicine.
Dr Nur Farhan’s practice is centred on understanding the older person as a whole — beyond diagnosis alone. She helps well older adults stay well for longer, supports those with complex needs, and guides caregivers through each stage of ageing. Her care is practical, personalised, and centred on what matters most to patients and families.

- Accredited Specialist in Geriatric Medicine — Specialist Accreditation Board (SAB)
- 19+ years of clinical experience in geriatric medicine
- Certified Severe Disability Assessor — Agency for Integrated Care (AIC)
- Accredited LPA Certificate Issuer — Office of the Public Guardian (OPG)
- Former Clinical Lecturer, National University of Singapore (NUS)
- Former Core Faculty, SingHealth Senior Residency Program in Geriatric Medicine
