Frequently Asked Questions

Why are vaccinations important for the elderly?

As we age, our immune system weakens, making us more susceptible to infections. Vaccinations help protect against serious diseases like influenza, pneumonia, and shingles that can be life-threatening for older adults.

Are vaccination subsidies available for elderly patients?

Yes, many vaccinations are subsidised under the National Adult Immunisation Schedule (NAIS). CHAS, Pioneer Generation, and Merdeka Generation cardholders receive additional subsidies.

Can I get vaccinated at home?

Yes, we offer home vaccination services for homebound patients or those who prefer the convenience of home. Add $150 to any vaccination for home service.

How often do I need a flu vaccination?

The influenza vaccine is recommended annually as the flu virus strains change each year. We recommend getting vaccinated before the flu season.

Can I receive multiple vaccinations in one visit?

In most cases, yes. Our doctors will advise you on which vaccinations can be safely administered together and which may need to be spaced apart.

What should I bring to my vaccination appointment?

Please bring your NRIC, CHAS card (if applicable), Pioneer/Merdeka Generation card, and any previous vaccination records.

Do you offer family vaccination packages?

Yes, we offer family flu vaccination bundles for 2, 3, or 4 family members at discounted rates. We also offer couple packages for comprehensive vaccinations.
